Jobs include directly serving guests at hotels as well as reservations and other back office work that are critical to the operation of hotels.

Application Requirements

Job Description

JW Solution primarily handles hotel jobs that involve direct contact with guests. Applicants receive jobs based on their experience, aptitude and career goals. We also provide opportunities for reservation and other back office work.

  • Reception desk
    Check-in/check-out procedures for guests and other tasks such as showing guests around the hotel and answering questions.
  • Reservation desk
    This back office job involves processing reservations from travel agencies or individuals that are received by telephone, e-mail or other channels.
    These are good positions for people with office work experience.
  • Guest relations
    Answer questions and assist guests in other ways in the hotel lobby.
    Other important tasks are transportation (to an airport or tourist attraction) and the storage and delivery of luggage.
  • Banquets
    Preparations for large conferences and parties and supervision of these events.
    Individuals with the required experience may also hold preliminary meetings with customers, create estimates and perform other tasks.

You may be assigned to a hotel with a large number of foreign guests.
An excellent opportunity to improve your English by speaking with foreign guests.

All are conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the nearest station.

Working hours

Actual work 8 hours/Break 1 hour
※Work is done in shifts


※Shifts depend on individual assignments

Employment status Full- time/ contract employees

More than 250,000 yen per month
[Monthly income example] 300,000 yen (monthly salary 250,000 yen + various allowances)
